Returns - If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will remedy the situation. at 1-800-810-0432  M-F 7:30a-4p ET.

  • All items are sold as-is unless otherwise stated.
  • Any accepted returns are subject to a restocking fee if SEDATA is not at fault for the return
  • Buyer assumes shipping costs for a return

Warranty

  • Unless otherwise stated, items are sold AS-IS
  • We offer a 30-day warranty on computers and laptops
  • Warranty covers the operating system and major components (screen, motherboard, etc.)
  • Software – If you items come with a Microsoft Operating System, the software is covered through Microsoft. Please call 1-800-Microsoft (642-7676)
  • Items not covered under warranty – all other software issues, neglect or other unauthorized repairs. If you attempt to repair the hardware yourself or have an unauthorized repair, your warranty will be voided
  • Batteries are not covered under warranty
